母子ともに元気そうで、本当に嬉しいです！
住んでる所は離れていますが、saeとお誕生日も近いし女の子同士なので、これからずっと色々相談できそう。本人同士も仲良くなってくれたらいいなぁと思います(^^*)
今朝は、ayuちゃんのだんなさんnちゃんのお母さんが、saeに会いに来てくれました。看護師さんのお母さんにsaeの黄疸の事なども教えてもらいました。

夕方には、友達のnちゃんが来てくれました♪
涙もろいnちゃんに会うと、いつも泣いてしまいます。今日も玄関で出迎えたとたん涙目のnちゃんを見て、涙(笑)
またゆっくり会いたいな～。
『nちゃん、ありがとう。まただっこしに来てね』
今日のsaeは9:00過ぎからずっと起きてて、12:30から3時間爆睡・・
そこから、また4時間ほとんど寝ずに、ただ今爆睡中です。
起きてる間はおっぱい、ちょっと寝て目覚めておっぱい・・という感じ。
母乳は欲しがったらあげたらいいらしいので、求められるがままに飲ませてます。いいんでしょうか？いいんでしょうね？
泣き声も力強くなって、全身を使って自己主張するようになって来ました。
目も少し見えてきたのか、顔の前でしゃべると口元を見ていたり、今朝はayuちゃんが顔の前で赤い箱を動かすと往復目で追ってました。
この前のオムツかぶれが治ったので布オムツを再開してたら、また昨日かぶれてたので今日は紙オムツです・・
そうそう、昨日の朝から私が腰痛でヨタヨタしてます☆
ひどくはないんですが、腰が伸びないのでayuちゃんに『オランウータンみたい』と言われてます・・
早く治って欲しい～。

返信削除i went to the la leche league (international breastfeeding support organisation) today. (we meet once a month) today the topic was 'skin to skin' ..i didn't know about it when kai was a baby but apparently skin to skin contact (sae naked on your naked chest or mana's naked chest) is very important..i wish i could go back in time and try it. don't worry about it too cold for s-chan, (although maybe it will be cold for you!?), if youhave her on your chest and have a blanket over her back she'll be as warm as if she had clothes on..the stripey suit suits her!! is the jumper too big still?
It's not good that you have a bad back..maybe lack of sleep??? i get it if i haven't slept enough..can you take naps in the day? or is it the cold? do you wear a haramaki? can you put something hot on it to ease the pain? hope you get better soon!
Breastfeeding and building up a good supply of breastmilk is all about feeding on demand..so you nursing sae when she wants it..it's her sucking that produces the milk..and she knows just how much she needs! clever girl!

sorry to hear she gets a sore bum-rash?? from the cloth nappies..is it only from them? what have they been washed in? is she sensitive to the liners? the urine should soak through to the inner towel and not sit against her skin..poor sae! you have to change them more often than paper nappies i think..
it's so lovely to read your updates! thank you!! you're such a great mum! i love all the details about sae and how she is changing! babies are so fascinating aren't they!

返信削除thank you for your advices! i didn't know about "skin to skin"!! i've never heard it! i haven't tried it yet because of youtsuu.. should i do it everytime? i will try it after youtsuu recoverd.
the pink suit suits her, doesn't it? it's so comfortable!! especially legs! we love it! thank you!
she still has a red bum, we use paper nappies though.. maybe i should change them more often.. kawaisou desu. sorry s.
